Introduction & General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kix88 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By registering on kix88 or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the kix88 website, applications, and all related services. "Member" refers to any individual who maintains an active account on kix88. "Real Money Wallet" refers to the virtual account that holds a member's deposits and winnings.

2 Right to Amend Terms

kix88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. We endeavour to notify members of significant changes.

Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Account Creation Requirements

To open an account on kix88, you must be at least 21 years old.
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
Creating an account under another person's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential; giving third parties access to your account is prohibited.

Important: kix88 may request additional documents from a member for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals until verification is complete.

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

kix88 supports the following payment methods for members in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Deposit Terms

The payment method used for a deposit and the account holder must be the same person.
Using a payment method registered in another person's name is prohibited.
kix88 reserves the right to refuse to process a deposit without verification if an unusual transaction is detected.
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

5 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit.
Withdrawal processing may be delayed until the wagering requirements of all active bonuses have been met.
Withdrawals for verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6 Welcome Bonus Terms

kix88 offers new members a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following terms apply to claiming and using this bonus:

A specified wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn — 10 times the bonus amount.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.
Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit.
The bonus applies only to a new member's first successful deposit.
kix88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any misuse is detected at its discretion.

7 General Promotion Terms

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotion page.
It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
kix88 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers.
Bonus benefits should be used solely for genuine entertainment purposes.

VIP Program & Cashback Policy

By actively participating in the kix88 VIP program, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

1 Bronze

Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%. This tier is accessible through regular gameplay.

2 Silver

Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%. Members advance here after consistent activity at the Bronze tier.

3 Gold

Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. Long-term active members reach this tier.

4 Platinum

Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%. kix88's highest VIP tier — with exclusive benefits and priority service.

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to the member's wallet. kix88 reserves the final say on decisions regarding VIP tier changes.

Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if found:

Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
Using fraudulent software or bots
Bonus abuse / arbing
Money laundering or use of illegal funds
Attempting to circumvent the platform's security measures
Harassing other members or staff

9 Account Closure Process

If prohibited activity is detected, kix88 may take the following actions:

Temporarily or permanently suspend the account
Cancel earned bonuses
Hold the remaining balance until verification is complete
Notify the relevant authorities if necessary

A member may also close their account at any time by contacting support.

Gaming Environment & Fair Play Policy

10 Fair Play & Security

All games on kix88 are operated using a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform protects members' personal and financial information through SSL encryption. Any predetermined interference with game outcomes is entirely impossible.

All game outcomes are independent and not influenced by previous results.
kix88 reserves the right to void any abnormal result caused by a technical error.
If a bet is affected by a loss of internet connection, compensation will be provided where applicable.

11 Sports Betting Policy

A bet cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed, unless the event itself is cancelled.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that event's bet will be refunded.
In an accumulator (parlay) bet, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.
kix88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or inconsistent odds.

Unexpected technical failures that are beyond immediate resolution.

17 Enforceability of Terms

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between kix88 and the member and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
